Are giveaways, for example in Facebook, permissible? like, saying them to do some instructions maybe like, share this post, make the most likes out of it, make most people like it, etc and then, rewarding the “lucky” or random person by chance to get the prize, maybe laptop etc. So, is this permissible? Is this lottery? Is this gambling?

If the giveaway doesn’t require the participants to contribute anything of monetary value to the competition organiser and nor requires the participants to exchange anything among themselves, then there is no issue. Of course, the competition has to be Shariah compliant too.
