In this model of selling through amazon a merchant like me can advertise the products without having a possession too. For example i advertise a samsung mobile phone on amazon, when i get the order i then buy the product from the market and handover to amazon(delivery guy) they deliver it to customer. I get paid when the customer pays to amazon. Under this model of selling i am totally responsible for any damages, refunds & customer service to customers. This is how FBM - Fulfillment By Merchant works.
Is this model of selling allowed as per sharia as i dont own the product when i advertise. However i have read about “BIA SALAM” does this principle apply here?? Your clarification will be highly appreciated. Jazak Allah
