since investing in bonds are not permissible, I was wondering if there‘s exist an All Weather Portfolio which fits the sharia concepts.

I am not aware of any such portfolio. @ibrahimkhan and @Mohsin_from_IFG may be able to advise better.
Probably something for IFG to develop!
