Comparing Platform Fees Stocks

Salaams I really need some help. I am a customer with Wahed (Moderate Portfolio, under 10k) and I am trying to compare the fees here with Hargreaves Lansdown and AJ Bell but I cannot understand this. Please can you help in a step by step way? I am aware that the mainstream platforms do not offer access to the Sukuk element of the portfolio and do not offer rebalancing.
