New to this want to invest £100 a month- long term- suggestions?

Salaams, want to invest £100 a month- over 5- 10 years. I’m not risk averse!

Does anyone have any suggestions. I have 3 daughters to get through university etc. inshaAllah.

Wa alaykum salaam,

I would encourage you to go to IFGs Halal Investment Engine on the website to get insights into the different types of investments available.

Given you are investing over the long-term you have a lot more scope in terms of what you can go for.

Reason being, many solid investments require money to be locked away and inaccessible for a period of time. Yielders and Introcrowd are two examples of this.

However, given your relatively smaller monthly amount (as opposed to a large upfront lump-sum) your options reduce a little.

Our investment comparison engine allows you to screen for min investment amount.

Probably makes sense to explore the stock options (either Wahed/Simply Ethica/ or DIY it with AJ Bell and choose an Islamic fund to regularly invest in.
