Slms If the mortgage of the house is solelyunder the husbands name is it the husband that will get the sin of the morgage or does the wife get it as well. Pls advise

In principle, the question of sin is very difficult to answer as it is something based on a person’s situation and Allah’s judgement. What we know from the Qur’an that a person will not bear the wrongdoings of others. Every person is responsible for their actions alone. However, the Qur’an also tells us that supporting someone in sin is also wrong.
